The Free tier is free for any use on a single node within its published limits. Pro and Enterprise licenses are per-node annual subscriptions; the license terms govern use of high-availability clustering and the published quotas. Licenses are delivered as signed keys by email.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Support is provided on a best-effort basis by email; no service level is promised on any tier. If you need contractual response times, ask about Enterprise terms.
