The Free tier is free for any use on a single node within its published limits. Pro and Enterprise licenses are per-node annual subscriptions; the license terms govern use of high-availability clustering and the published quotas. Licenses are delivered as signed keys by email.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Support is provided on a best-effort basis by email; no service level is promised on any tier. If you need contractual response times, ask about Enterprise terms.
Billing and refunds are arranged directly with us by email at the address below.
"Published limits" means the quotas and entitlements set out on the license tiers page, as published on the day your licence is issued.
Third-party components bundled with the software carry their own licences; the attributions those licences require are in the third-party notices.
